When you book, we securely save your payment method via Stripe. Your card is only charged once the wash is confirmed complete. You can then optionally add a tip for your washer through the app.

Yes. Every washer undergoes a thorough background and identity check before being approved. We also continuously monitor ratings — washers must maintain a 4.5+ star average to stay active on the platform.
